Return & Refund Policy

At AHD Exports, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in excellent condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent 8-Day Return & Refund Policy, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility Criteria

Return Window: You may request a return within 8 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition: The product must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Eligible Return Reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective.
- Product received is different from the product ordered.
- Change of Mind / Personal Reasons, subject to applicable shipping and restocking charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that have been used, assembled, installed, altered, or show signs of usage.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Products returned without their original packaging and accessories.
Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, storage, or use after delivery.
Return requests submitted after 8 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return Request

Please provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product. Photos/videos may be required in cases involving damage, defects, or incorrect products.

2. Return Approval

Once the return request is received, our team will review the details and may request additional information, photographs, or videos before approving the return.

A return will be accepted only after approval from AHD Exports.

3. Return Shipping

Damaged, defective, or incorrect product: Where the issue is verified and attributable to us, we will arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost.
Change-of-mind / personal reasons: The customer will be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs, including the cost of shipping the product back to our designated warehouse.

Refund Terms & Deductions

Return Reason	Refund / Resolution
Damaged / Defective Product	Repair, replacement, or refund after inspection, as applicable.
Incorrect Product Delivered	Replacement or refund after verification and inspection.
Change of Mind / Customer Return	Refund after deducting applicable two-way shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee from the order amount.
Customized / Made-to-Order Item	Non-returnable and non-refundable for change-of-mind or personal reasons.

The final refund amount will be determined after inspection of the returned product and verification of the applicable return conditions.

Refund Processing Time & Mode

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be processed through bank transfer after the customer’s bank details have been verified.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, subject to the conditions below.
A 10% cancellation fee may be deducted from the order amount for an approved cancellation.
If the product has already been dispatched, packed for shipment, handed over to the shipping provider, or otherwise committed for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production or processing has commenced.
If an order has already entered the shipping process, any applicable cancellation or return request will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

The return request is raised after 8 days from delivery.
The product has been used, assembled, installed, modified, or tampered with.
The product is not returned in its original packaging, where applicable.
The product has been damaged due to customer mishandling, improper installation, storage, or use.
An incorrect or insufficient delivery address was provided by the customer.
The customer or recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the delivery without an approved reason.
The order was delivered to a third party or alternate address at the customer’s request.
Damage occurs after delivery due to improper handling or circumstances beyond our responsibility.
The product is customized, personalized, or made-to-order and the return is requested due to a change of mind or personal preference.
The return request does not meet the conditions specified in this policy.
Situations beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or similar circumstances.

Important Note for Damaged Deliveries

Customers are advised to inspect the package and product immediately upon delivery. In case of visible damage to the packaging or product, please take clear photographs/videos and contact us as soon as possible.

For damage or defect claims, supporting photographs or videos may be required to assess and process the request.
