Return and Exchange Policy

At Jharokha Wall Decor (AHD EXPORTS), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Defective products.
   • Non-defective products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Window:

   • Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

3. Return Method:

   • Returns can be initiated via mail. A downloadable and printable return label will be provided at no extra cost.

4. Refund Processing:

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 days in INR.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

   • Only new products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging qualify for exchanges.

2. Exchange Window:

   • Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

3. Process for Exchanges:

   • Contact us to initiate an exchange via mail. A downloadable and printable return label will be provided at no extra cost.
